Youth Participation: Challenge yourself!

In this playlist, we will take a closer look to the topic of youth participation. As the topic is quiet wide, it is not possible to tackle everything. The main focus of this content is based on the european youth goals, the international youth forum and young people's own definition of youth participation. Check out all four activities to get more information, challenge yourself and discuss about it with others!

"Young people are underrepresented in decision-making processes which affect them although their engagement is crucial to democracy. They need access to physical spaces in their communities to support their personal, cultural and political development. Strengthen young people’s democratic participation and autonomy as well as provide dedicated youth spaces in all areas of society." - This is youth goal number 9 from the European Union, shortly called "Space and Participation for All". Have you heard about the european youth goals? If you want to know more about them, click here.
In this playlist though, we will focus on youth goal number 9 as we want to speak about youth participation!
